To work as prospective VPC you must agree to the following terms as listed below.

You will never disclose any confidential information to anyone other than the VPCs within the virtual team. |

You must finish the task on an accepted time and deadline. |
|
Libra pays no advance payment for any task or assignments. |
|
No payment will be processed for unfinished task or assignments. |
|
Any finished task need to be reviewed and forwarded for approval from the Virtual Project Manager who assigned the task only then the payment processing will happen on agreed terms. |
|
The VPC is free to take decision on taking the project or not with the conditions and pricing mentioned for the task. |
|
All tasks will be listed in the VPC section of Libra's virtual workplace. Any VPC can select the assignment and apply for, the Libra managers will contact the right VPC for the assignment and inform others applied for the same. |
|
There will be NO AUCTION pricing on tasks, a fixed amount for the task will be given to the VPCs. |
|
The VPC is not an employee of the Libra, they work virtually and are not entitled for any perks, benefits or allowances as equivallent to permanent employees at Libra. |
|
Any project delay must be notified to the Virtual Project Manager in advance, delaying the project can result in shifting the assignment to another VPC. |
|
More conditions can be applied prior to assigning any project to a VPC. |
