What is Virtual Project Consultant (VPC)?

A VPC is a person works from home or at their comfort on short or long term e-Learning projects for Libra Interactive Learning Pvt. Ltd.Libra pays them on task basis or on hourly basis. Libra's intention is to bring onboard a few of the best industry talent to work on prestigious national and international projects, gain enormous e-Learning experience and earn extra buck from their efforts. The most important factor is that the candidate must show professional approach toward taking any project assignment as VPC. The accepted deadline, quality standard and as a part of active virtual team the person must show a professional approach. Libra gives priority on recruitments to the professionals working as VPC in the company. The best possible candidates will be absorbed in the company as full time professional.

All VPC interacts on a virtual online platform provided by Libra to interact, talk, share ideas, communicate and discuss on an ongoing project. At different intervals the VPC's will be informed for a group meeting online.

Of-course, you get paid better than on the job! But, Libra doesn't guarantee a regular work to a VPC, it completely depends on the requirements, quality you produce and on possible virtual projects availability basis, and on your capacity to handle a task.
