Client's Brief on Project
In the beginning, the marketing team meets the client to understand the course, target audience, design, and platform requirements and then defines the initial scope of the project in the form of a written brief. The brief outlines the cost, effort, schedule, and deliverables of the project. |

Analysis by Libra Experts
The next step is to analyze the client's requirements. This is the stage where we examine your requirements and chart the course for the project. Project managers and functional specialists are involved at this stage. |
| |
3. |
Application Design Layout
This is the stage where we design the Application Layout. How the interactions will take place? How many segments it can be divided? and, How it can be explained to the audience? After confirming these stages we move to our next step of project lifecycle. |

Prototype Development
Once the product design is approved, a prototype is created. A prototype is the developed version of one working path or module that represents every aspect of what the solution may contain. It is functionally a dummy project and runs on the target platform just to show the body and skeleton of a project. This defines the visual, and software design strategies of the application under consideration. This process allows the client to evaluate the design, GUI from all aspects before full-scale production. |

6. |
Approval
Client reviews the Prototype, its layout, GUI, instructional design in case of e-learning and navigation flow. Suggestions from the client, if there are, will be forwarded to the development team to be taken care during the final product development. An update in writing will be given to the client. |
| |

Development
The development process begins after the client approves the design and the prototype. This is when scripting of content, creation of graphics, and programming of the solution take place. |
| |
8. |
Intermediate Reviews and Approval
This is something that we do during the project development process. From prototype stage to the final product delivery reviews are the constant process we follow to meet the client expectations. Reviews are important to check whether the design, content, and development are in keeping with client specifications and requirements. This minimizes rework and increases client satisfaction. |
| |
9. |
Final Review and Testing
Once the project is over in its final stage it goes for Final Review from the client. All inputs from client are taken into consideration if there are any, and the final application will be tested rigorously in the company and at clients place. |
